These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Texas Star Signings website and notary services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Texas Star Signings provides mobile notary and loan signing services in the Greater Houston, Texas area, as well as Remote Online Notarization (RON) services. Services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

• Appointments are not confirmed until you receive a written or verbal confirmation from Texas Star Signings.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, illness, or scheduling conflicts.
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any cancellations.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a trip fee.
• If we arrive at the appointment location and the signing cannot proceed due to circumstances within your control (e.g., missing documents, unavailable signers), a trip fee may apply.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
• Ensure all signing parties are present, have valid government-issued photo ID, and are signing willingly and of sound mind.
• Have all documents ready and complete prior to the appointment.
• Provide a suitable location for the signing to take place.

5. Notary Obligations and Limitations

Texas Star Signings provides notarization services in compliance with Texas state law. Our notary is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, explain the content of documents, or tell you whether you should sign. If you have questions about your documents, please consult a licensed attorney before your appointment.

6. Fees and Payment

• Service fees are communicated at the time of booking and are subject to change.
• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

Texas Star Signings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for errors in documents presented to us for notarization, or for the legal validity or enforceability of any document we notarize.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Star Signings, its owner, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Texas Star Signings and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services
